With A Partner..

On a 40 minute clock…

(0-10)  1 Rep Max Deadlift

You will have 10 minutes for each partner to establish a 1 Rep Max deadlift for the day.  Your score is your pounds added together.

(10-20)

10 Minute AMRAP

20 Abmat Sit-ups with a Plate (45/35)

10 Burpees to a plate (45/35)

*Each partner will work individually and add their total rounds+ reps for team score

(20-30)- 1 Rep Max Bench Press

Each partner will have 10 minutes to establish a 1 Rep Max bench for the day.  Your score is your pounds added together.

(30-40)

10 Minute AMRAP

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

*Each partner will work individually and add their total rounds+reps for team score

 

Score is total pounds and total reps
