Week 1 of 12

A. Deadlift- 4×8@65% of 1 RM

B. Skill- 10 Minutes of Muscle-up practice

*If you have your muscle-up, perform 1 rep on the minute for 10 minutes

C. 3 Rounds for Max Reps-

1 Minute- Wallballs (20/14)

1 Minute- Overhead plate lunges (45/35)

1 Minute- GHD Sit-ups

1 Minute- Kettlebell Clean and press (53/35)

1 Minute Rest
