With A Partner…

100 Snatches (95/65)

100 Pushups

100 Goblet Squats (53/35)

100 Ball Slams (40/30)

100 Plate Overhead Box Step-ups (45/35)

100 Burpees

 

*One partner works at a time. Every minute on the minute one partner must complete 5 thrusters (95/65) while the other partner continues working.  All 100 reps must be completed before moving to the next movement.
