A.  Squat Program (Week 6, Day 1)

Back Squat- 1×6@70%, 1×6@80%, 1×6@90%, 1×2@95%

Front Squat- 1×5@65%, 1×4@75%, 2×4@80%

 

B.  10 minute Up Ladder

3 Front Squats (95/65)

3 Knees-to-elbows

6 Front Squats

6 Knees-to-elbows

9/9,12/12… Continue to add 3 reps each round until 10 minutes is up.
