A.  Every 0:30 seconds for 10 minutes- 3 Deadlifts

You choose the weight, don’t go over 85% of your 1RM Deadlift

 

B.  10 Rounds:

30 seconds of burpees

Rest 30 seconds

30 seconds Hang Cleans (135#/95#)

Rest 30 seconds

*Score total reps
