Dead Lift 5×3

In 10 minutes, run 1 mile, then in remaining time, complete as many Dead Lifts as possible (225/155).

30 Handstand Push Ups for time
60 second Rest
30 Wall Balls for time
60 second Rest
30 Burpees for time
*Post total time, including rest

Running.  Either you love it or you hate it.  What’s the difference?  Often times it’s pain.  Knee pain, shin splints, etc.  Pose running is really just anatomically correct running.  It gives you a way to run without pain.  It also helps you run with less energy.  It’s one of the best ways to make running more fun.  How do you get started?  CrossFit Endurance is another great resource you can use to find information about running.  Enjoy!
