1 Min Foam Roll Each Quad
1 Min Couch/Ninja Stretch each leg
Is it your shoulders? Here’s a quick test to see if your bottom position in the Overhead Squat is limited by shoulder mobility or hip mobility. If mobility is limiting your movement, strength will not fix the problem. Only mobilizing the position will fix the problem. Know your body. Know it’s limitations. Know what it is that you need to fix to become a better athlete.
