50 Pull-ups

50 Overhead Squats (95/65)

50 Push-ups

50 TTB

50 Shoulder to overhead (95#/65#)

50 Power cleans (95/65)

50 Calorie Row

Both partners run 200 meters between movements

Must complete all 50 reps before moving to next movement

One partner works at a time
