10 minutes of Handstand Push Up Skill Work- whether it is just holding a handstand on the wall, working negatives, limited range of motion, practicing stricts, kipping, etc., just work for ten minutes.

500 m Row
12 Push Press (115/75)
12 Toes to Bar

8×200 m Run with a partner.
