Nice Headstand Christina!  Someone is getting FIT! Come visit Yoga classes 5 days per week at F.I.T. It’s the perfect way to R&R after your F.I.T. or CrossFit WOD.

10 minutes of box jump practice. Start at veery short heights (like eight inches or less) and practice good technique- landing with hips as open as possible, not bottoming out in the landing, keeping chest high, eyes forward, resting on top, rebounding off of ground, etc. Gradually build up to higher heights, working for a total of ten minutes.

Double Unders
Sit Ups
50 Burpees for time

Today is all about Double Unders.  Based upon every post since the new website launch, what would you guess limits your ability to do double unders?  The answer is poor positioning.  When your shoulders are in the correct position, everything gets easier.  When they begin to travel forward, everything fails.  Kelly Starrett shows us the proper placement for shoulders in Double Unders.
