*Pick a rep range that you can maintain for all 8 minutes. Goal here is to work your strict pulling strength

B. “Death by Clean and Jerk” (135#/95#)

*Minute 1, perform 1 Clean and Jerk

Minute 2, perform 2 Clean and Jerks

Minute 3, perform 3 Clean and Jerks… Continue to add 1 Clean and Jerk each minute until you cannot complete the work within the given minute.
