Max Box Jump height at FIT Park Meadows CrossFit Lone Tree COFriday 6pm- Friday Night Fights Round 2.  3 five minute WODs, open to anyone, created so that anyone can join us, new to CrossFit or experienced athlete.

3×200 m run, 1 minute rest between efforts.
