Warm-up

400m Run

3 Rounds of:

10m Inch Worm

5 Squat Jumps

10m Twisting Lunges

5 Squat Jumps

10m Burpee Broad Jumps

5 Squat Jumps

A. Back Squat 4×10@60%+10lbs (Add 10lbs from week 1)  (16 Minutes)

*Take 2-3 Minutes Rest between each set

B. 5 Rounds for Time- (20 minute cap)

150m Run

15 Dumbell Thrusters (45/25)

15 Pushups
