B. For Max Reps…

Tabata- Pull-ups

Tabata- Wallballs (20/14)

Tabata- Power Snatches (95/65)

*Complete a full tabata of 8 rounds (0:20 on/0:10 off) for each movement before moving on to the next movement, score total reps. Pick a power snatch weight that you can hold on to for reps.
