Coach’s Led- Shoulder warm-up/snatch review

A. Snatch 15 Minute EMOM- 1 Snatch (Start at 60% and add weight as heavy as possible)

B. 15 Minute AMRAP-

6 Ring Muscle-ups

12 Box Jumps (24/20)

18 Back Squats (135/95)
