1.  Back Squats: 4 x 3. All sets at 70%. All sets with a 3 sec down, 3 sec pause & a 10 sec pause at the top of each rep. (14 mins)

2.  10 min AMRAP Of:

100m Run

12 Power Snatch (Performance 95/65 or Health 55/35)

9 Burpees Over Bar

*Goal is to hold on to the bar for unbroken reps on the snatches, push yourself to an uncomfortable pace on the run.
