A. Clean and Jerk (8 Sets) *3 second pause below the knee, 3 second pause above the knee. Stay around 70-80% and work on positioning, all reps FULL squat. Aim for HEAVIER then week 2.
B. 4 Rounds For Max Reps-
1 Minute Bar Muscle-ups
1 Minute Power Cleans (135/95)
1 Minute Burpees to a plate (45)
1 Minute Rest
