400m Run

Partner 2-

20 Pull-ups

30 Push Presses (95/65)

40 Box Jumps (30/24)

30 Clean and Jerks (95/65)

20 Pull-ups


*Both partners must finish the full workout but only one partner can work through it while the other partner runs. Once the first partner is done with their workout, they must continue running until their partner finishes.
