Drew Cuiffo

Doctor Cuiffo grew up in Omaha, Nebraska where he was heavily involved in the high school marching band and riding his skateboard in his spare time. He attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln to earn his bachelors degree. During his time at UNL, he played rugby and the team was invited to compete in several prestigious tournaments. His love for strength training was born after a teammate
introduced him to the weight room.

During chiropractic school, Drew competed in several powerlifting and bodybuilding events, but was growing bored with the repetitive training. Drew discovered CrossFit in 2016 after a friend took him to go watch the Mid-Atlantic Regional event. He immediately fell in love with the community aspect of training. He currently enjoys training using CrossFit methodologies and doing extra barbell work multiple times per week.
