Stephanie fell in love with athletics at a young age while playing varsity soccer, ice hockey, and softball through high school. She was first exposed to CrossFit as an off-season training program while playing club ice hockey at the University of Vermont. Her degrees in biology and chemistry combined with CrossFit methodology have led her to understand the potential benefits nutrition and fitness can have for preventive health. After further developing her interest and skills, she received her CrossFit level-2 and began coaching at Champlain Valley CrossFit.
Coaching has allowed Steph to pursue her passion for helping others along their health and fitness journey. When she is not in the gym, Steph can be found hiking local trails, competing in CrossFit competitions, golfing with friends, and practicing yoga.
