Technique Is Offered 6 Days Per Week!

*3 Technique Classes are REQUIRED to join a CrossFit Class*

No one started out lifting heavy. Technique is built over time.

      • This class is designed to teach you the fundamental movements that create a CrossFit or Intensity workout.
      • It combines an introduction to weightlifting movements such as the Squat and Deadlift.
      • It teaches you basic gymnastics movements such as the Pull Up and Push Up.
      • It prepares you for plyometrics by introducing the box jump and the sprint as well as introduces mobility and flexibility.
      • Technique is the perfect way to start any fitness program because every movement is universal.

Technique is available at 7:30pm M-F and 10am on Saturdays.
